Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:
Customers may request a return within (insert number, e.g., 7/14/30) days of delivery.

Eligibility:
• Item must be unused and in original condition with tags.
• Return requests must be made before sending the item back.

How to Return:

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.

  3. We will send return instructions.

Refunds:
• Approved refunds are credited back to original payment method.
• Shipping costs may not be refunded unless item was defective/wrong.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized / made-to-order products, unless faulty.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).

Damaged / Defective:
Report within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos/videos. Approved claims may get replacement or refund.
